When I was a toolman, the UPS center was on my route. The mechanics there said "package your stuff to survive a 30 foot drop to pavement". Oh yeah, "don't walk under the sides of the conveyor belts - packages fall off all the time". Just so you know - the conveyors were about 25 feet high.
