I can also see that and , as I said, I wish him well with the venture. Having a historical building would be wonderful but, costs? permits? zoning? ???

Certainly, there is room for both projects both in Mi and in Az. Mine here is well underway with land, memorabilia and cars purchased...and permits already approved. It would be hard to put a dollar and hour amount on how much of my life I have invested towards this goal of a Pontiac Museum.

The first phase of the building is 5,000 suqare feet witth almost unlimited room on the property to expand as needed. As soon as this 5 acres of industrial property here in Maricopa sells, it will be built.

Anyone interested in helping me, let me know. this is seriousand already started, not in the 'thought' phase.
