I have given up on perfect appearance, when the original parts are missing its a recovery mission. I think that I have spent enough time and money on this $10k car. Having come to the realiztion that it will never be 100% perfect or correct. Its a pontiac which in its day was a winter car for most. I will have to settle for 95% correctness but I can only accept 100% in function. I drove the car last saturday for the first time and I ran as good as it did when it was new. Just a few more minor details and it will be where it should have been when I bought it (DRIVEABLE).
