I haven't been able to do much because of my neck problem but I did pick up my new driveshaft today. Its 3 inches in diameter and 47-3/8 inches center-to-center, exactly 9" shorter than the stock shaft.
You must use the front yoke (1350) supplied by Gear Vendors, the stock yoke will not slide onto the GV unit's output shaft far enough. The rear is the stock 3R size. Here's a pix of both shafts.
I also installed a shaker hood scoop, but it too will have to wait for my neck to cut me some slack so I can finish it, and the bucket seat installation. Here's a pix of the shaker.
