Mounts for an A-body Chevelle won't be what you'd need, but some for a first-gen F-body 396 Camaro would do the trick. You should be able to source those from an aftermarket supplier, both the frame mounts that bolt to the crossmember and the engine mounts.

Not sure on the crossmember, but I doubt it would be any different than a TH400 crossmember for a Firebird as the trans sits in the same location, same would go for the TH350/4-speed crossmember.

Fuel lines might already be in the right location, on my '69 Firebird they are on the passenger side and cross over to the driver's side at the front crossmember.

The HEI should fit, they fit when you use a Pontiac engine. If not, there are small-body HEI distributors made off of the small-cap points distributors available out there (PY member SunTuned does them).
