Renting a house
Is there anybody who has done this recently?
Looking for advice on:
1) Rental agreement
2) Expectations? Like what is a typical expectation for the landlord and the renter
3) How to work the income for tax purposes
4) How to figure out what is a good amount to ask for
5) What is typical to do for the deposit?
