I am a landlord, and own multiple rentals.
Rental agreement-make sure you take into consideration local laws and regulations.
Expectations-spell them out in the lease.
Tax purposes-I pay someone lol.
Amount-look in the paper and see what comp rentals are going for.
Deposit-not sure what you are asking, but we get 1st and last months rent for security deposits.
