Fisher used the UOIT (Uniform Option Information Tag). Those are rare to find.
The body sheet followed the body, chassis sheet was used in the engine dress and chassis areas. Neither were used by Fisher.

I don't think the inspection sheets were legal documents. They documented the buy-off of the car by the various dept's and helped keep track of necessary repairs.
