I think it has been highlighted in another post that Formulas equipped with the Y99 Handling Package came with 15" RallyIIs as part of the package. There are no specs or part numbers in the MPC or the assemby manual for a 15" plain steel wheel for Firebirds in '70-'73
And it is a pretty cool combo...not many HO 4-speed Formulas with Y99!
