I did not know the 72's had trim rings with the "dog dish". My info says Wheel Covers, Custom Finned 472/PO2 for $50.00 and Wheel Covers, Deluxe 476/PO1 for $31.00

Honeycomb wheels were available for an extra $123.00,(SC 478 UPC PO5) Rally II wheels were available for $87.00(SC 474 UPC N98)

Only 851 1972 Formulas were ordered with the Y99 Handling package. I see 5,250 total built Formulas, but no breakdown per engine?

In 1973, the Formula Y99 Handling package was priced by the tire selection chosen:
F60-15 with space saver spare cost $72.60
F60-15 without space saver cost $87.00
GR70-15 with space saver spare cost $158.60
GR70-15 without space saver cost $167.00
It came with plain steel 15" wheels and "baby moon" hubcaps unless Honeycombs or Rally II wheels were ordered.

In 1974, the price of the Formula handling package was included in the tires. If you ordered 15" tires, you got the handling package. Handling package price does not appear on the invoice of a 1974 Formula, but if it has 15" tires on the invoice, it has the handling package.
I added my additions in RED and comments in BLUE, hope that's OK,

Well I guess I did decode this car pretty good.
Thanks for the clarification toomanybirds, great info you posted, thanks.
