My grandfather had a cat like this and a cat on the farm is a good thing , so we built him a little house with a light bulb for heat and we had no more cat on or under the hood problems with the trucks , the front of the cathouse was open so he could see out and prop his lazy butt up there waiting for the mice o run across the floor . the car we covered with cardboard and placed mouse traps on the hood upside down to scare the snot out of him when he jumped up there , after 3 nights no more sitting/sleeping on the catalina .
