Dunno the gears but the truck definitley has no overdrive (it's a C6).Has taller than stock tires on it though so that should go a little bit to reducing wheelspeed. Won't help too much with the mileage though. It's too bad it's not a stick. I have all the pedals and stuff from my fathers '82 and the four speed, but it's only a 2wd.
What exactly would need to be done with the antifreeze to keep that from happening? Regular changing, or do I need a special type to cope with the cavitation issue?
So yours was a non-turbo originally huh? Hmm... How did you plumb the oil lines to it?
