So yours was a non-turbo originally huh? Hmm... How did you plumb the oil lines to it?
It was a stock 6.9 it was 170 hp base I think. As far as adding the turbo, lines, etc. just fabricated them or modified what I had. The antifreeze is more of a matter of keeping it changed regularly.
If you can find one the later Ford overdrive is based on the C6.
Here's a 7.3 , notice the rugged construction of the engine.
