Also, the Help files are quite good so, give them a try. All your answers are in there. I've been using Office 2007 for a while now, and love it. Once you get used to it, it really is much more productive. Change isn't always a bad word....

Thanks Joe. I ll try it on Monday. I have work to do over the weekend and I was so fed up that I copied everything to my jump drive and left the laptop at work.
I did try the help files but got frustrated and gave up. Didnt see that "From this point forward" thing
