Adjust the rear brakes up so they're just touching the drums when you side them over the shoes.
Then rebleed the rear brakes. Start a t the RR then when it's moving solid fluid move to the RR. Then the RF and move to the lf.
It sounds like one of two things, either a leak in the system, possibly behind the fuel tank Or an air pocket still trapped in the system.
