My 69 jack looks just like yours, and it has 9A on the rivet. My car was assembled the third week of January 1969. That looks like the right jack. My "tire iron" has USA on one side and 265 on the other side. Below the 265 is a letter or number--hard to read. The jack base has U69 on the side facing the spare.
