Sweet cars Steve - don't let one negative comment get you down.
Everybody has an image in their mind of what these cars are and how they should look. Personally, I think it's awesome that you drive them and beat the **** out of them! There is nothing I enjoy more than to come home after a bad day and go out for 20-30-50 mile ride, banging gears and spinning tires - all the troubles fade away!
Finish the car and keep us posted - then drive it!
