Probally Repo Pete, I know he has several dozen old titles and still looks for those cars as a hobby. Pittman inhoused cars for years and alot of people did not pay. He sold beaters on payments to people with bad credit so if the car broke they just wouldn't pay, because they had nothing to lose credit wise, plus most inhouse financing does not report to credit bureau. Ratio wise 1 of 8 turned into a repo problem.
