Yes car is registered in my name in the state of AL. State does not require titles beyond 74 or 75, they issue tag reciepts with which you can obtain a title in your state with the reciept & notarized bill of sale. There are several other states like AL that do not produce titles for vehicles that are X age. Thanks.
