just thought i'd add a little more....soaking the nuts and bolts with some pb blaster helps a lot and def. an extra set of hands. i put the wrench in from underneath then clamped vice grips on it to lock it against the cross member but it has a tendency to fall out as it loosens so one person working below holding it and one person above removing the bolt seemed to work best for me.
