Its kind of hard to compare because I had the 6 speed behind the 400. Now I have a 700R4. I happy with the spool time now. This 13 PSi blast wasnt that scary. I had the timing set way conservative. Which brings me to my next topic....timing and boost.

I know the basics behind anti lag systems and proposed the idea and the forced induction forums and PZ. I had my entire spark map retarded from what it used to be. Just slowly accelerating I would hear the turbo spooling up. I know my exhaust temps are/were alot higher.

My spark map is optimal now (at least i think so) Nice and peepy off the line. But I am going to play with the numbers during WOT just at 95-100 KPa cells. im going to pull the timing back to 15 degrees, then 20 etc and see what effect that has on spool time. I ll post the results but first i have to figure out whats wrong with the wastegate.
