Nope, it is definitely not an F-body dual snorkel. F-body ones don't have the ribs around dome, are deeper, and have a relief on the backside to allow cleanance for the distributor since they sat lower on the engine. I am sure that it is a 1970 dual snorkel for an A-body (also Grand Prix used this same air cleaner). It is the same for 1971-72 except they drilled that carb vent tube hole in for those years.
