A few years ago I restored my father-in-laws 1970 El Camino. I used a radiator shop in the Sacramento area since I wanted the original radiator repaired. They did a nice job and I would use them again. They were also the only place I could find that would boil out the gas tank. I don't know if they are still under the same ownership, but I know they are still at the same location because I called them last week about pressure testing my heater core before I reassemble the dash in my formula. Now I have to find a shop that will restore the radiator. The shroud I should be able to restore myself - thanks RicksGTO. The shroud does have a small crack, however. Anyone have any recommendations on how to repair the crack before I clean and paint the shroud.
