X's 2 on the additional ground wires !! The original underside/backside of the metal dash is unpainted from the factory and will have some surface rust that could affect gauges and switch opperation after reassembly.While it's appart you could clean and paint underside,add the additional ground wires like paint guy stated and you should be good.
