Your reasoning is more clear now. I just when thru that crap in the fuel line and flooding deal. This pump gas we have now just eats anything rubber, Ive had to replace all the flexible gas lines on all my old stuff with modern fuel injection hose which is a lot more resistant to alcohol. Ive gone back to factory style gas filters on my street Qjets.
Anyway your post inspired me to fritter away an hour finding bits and pieces in the garage for a 2x4. Offy manifold, 2 750 afbs, etc. Still have to build or buy linkage and fuel line. Maybe get it running someday. LOL

Lots of good options for manifolds and carbs for your deal. Single or otherwise. The idea of multiple carbs is always in the back of the mind for most of us. Lots of folks on this forum run them successfully on the street.
