Most of this seems like common sense to me, but always good for a refresher. I take it something happened to you recently or someone you know that caused this post.
On a side note, I really want a set of Nathans on my car, perhaps the GTO. Not only do I love the sound, but if I actually have to use my horns, might as well make it worth hearing. I rarely ever use my horns if at all so that probably would be a waste.
