Rolled up the sleeves and gotter done !!

Mostly just some minor clogging, rust, paint, media material from when the seats were medial blasted for paint.

Soaked the crap out of the unit with carb cleaner(good paint stripper) wd40, tool oil, white lithium, liquid wrench, ANYTHING in the cupboard that I thought would help.

Here is what I found.

It is just a spring mechanism.

I started by twisting the male shaft(no comment) until it broke loose a little and just started working it until I got it to rotate in place, little by little got more movement until I got the spring plunger to operate correctly.

Re flushed 2x's more then the final lube, wipe down and re install into seat.
