If you shot someone in my County who was holding a broken bottle to your wifes throat, they would give you a medal, no arrest or charges filed, etc.
In any and all cases, the FORCE that you use against anyone must be "reasonable for the circumstances". This applies everywhere, regardless what sort of local or State laws are in place concerning the carrying of weapons, etc.
In todays society, there are simply way too many "sheep". You have to decide if you are going to continue to be a sheep, or a "wolf". The worse thing that can possible happen to you in this life, is to end up someplace, in a situation that requires deadly force, and everyone is armed but you!
Personally, I prefer to be a "wolf", other wolves are humble in my company. I have plenty of weapons, and never leave home without one of them.....Cliff
