Here is a similar thread I posted. The pistons I posted are flat top with 4 valve reliefs.

IMO 3" exhaust is way overkill. 2.5" would be just fine and will not give you fitment/clearance problems.
Also, just wondering what you are having done to your heads, and do you know what the machine work is going to run you? That is where I am at. I plan on having bronze valve guides and hardened exhaust seats installed.
