Speaking of 3-piece bands, I was thinking about how many bands have 3 musicians and 1 singer (just sings). Essentially a 3-piece when they play live. Obviously, bands like Led Zeppelin come to mind.
I can think of a few true 3-piece bands that made it to the top of the charts...
The Police
Rush
Nirvana
Any others?
