HOW OLD ARE YOU???
My parents never traded in a car in the 1950's with less than 100K; most more, and a 1952 pickup truck made it almost 300K.
My best to date is a 1979 Ford van that went 440K before it rusted out (Missouri winter salt and cinders) the third time!
The newer vehicles MIGHT do that mechanically, but the *&^%$ electronics won't!
