If you do get dimensions or a templete, please double check all dimensions before drilling. Some of the aftermarket spoilers are slightly different.
When I put mine on I first got dimensions off this forum, which were close but not exactly where my parts place spoiler studs were. So I called parts place and they instructed me that it is better to eyeball location by going off the studs on the spoiler by just sitting it where it looked correct and marking with a marker, drilling a small location hole then enlarging it.
The factory deck lids always stuck out at the bottom corner about 1/8 inch too far from the right corner of the body from the factory, which means the spoiler needs to be slightly adjusted to look straight on the car. eyeballing it makes it look straight and perpendicular to the body.
So if you go strickly off the deck lid it may not look straight on the car.
Thats just what I ran into.
