I agree with Steve's cam recomendation, 230 @ .050" in a roller is gonna be a tad too much at 8.8 to 1 SCR in this application.

The 13" converter we sell is PERFECT for cars like yours. One of our customers tows a boat with his full size car and a 13" converter. They are very efficient, but still allow more stall speed than a stock converter when hit with full power. They are not "loose" anyplace, and locked near solid above the stall speed.

It will be the second best decision made here next to the hydraulic roller cam upgrade, IMHO.....Cliff
