Default Choke not working - solved..a Reminder

Just a tip. It took me 2 days to figure this one out.. Not having had an Electric Choke before.. I have mine wired to the Wiper Motor and it has been working great since I got the motor in and running. The other day I am working on the inside of the car, I have no gauges in yet and the wiring is all hanging...and I have my temporary 2 gauge pod in there poorly wired up for now on the tranny hump.

I was doing some carb tuning and the car just wouldnt idle well when I first fired it up.. It was troubling to me.. I thought maybe my rockers had loosened,,, maybe my timing had slipped,... Cam was wiping...all kinds of thoughts...I decided NOT to frantically start changing anything but I did check those things and all seemed ok...

I went back in the car the next day to fire it and check the oil pressure again. Poor Idle....Looking at the gauges I noticed the Water Temp gauge was non responsive... Realized I had blown a fuse fiddling with the wires...

Changed the fuse, choke works great... Whew..
