But using it on a factory head or with the factory bolt locations is another issue. There is no material for the rear bolt. Based on the picture even the middle bolt would not work.

Exactly, looking at the pics I could not figure out how you plan to secure this intake except maybe 4 bolts per side, two between the front two and rear two runners. No center, no end bolts?
