Get it warm and running as slow as it will continue to run. Spray a little choke cleaner at various places where it might have a vacuum leak. Carb bases, intake manifold to head, hoses etc. When you hit the place where it is leaking the engine speed will increase and smooth out momentarily. Even a power brake booster diaphragm that leaks can be a problem.
