This is from an ad for a very decent '68 GTO vert, which is for the most part, original.
From the ad copy quote: "under the hood has all the factory components. Orig. intake, carb, dist, Harrison radiator, chrome valve covers and orig. air cleaner element."
No falsehoods here, nice to have the original
element but I bet they're oblivious to the incorrectness of the
decal.
