Granted my knowledge of GTOs has diminished over the years but one thing I can probably lay claim to is the 1964-1965 optional reproduction GTO splitters. We first made this option back in 1979 and still get them made today for all the Pontiac/GTO sources.
With that said.....many of the cars (1964-1965) I have seen over the years that have them installed for whatever reason don't install them properly...they either have them pointing straight down or over exposed.

So true Dennis! Seen a guy walking past a 65 at a show, and cut his leg open on splitters that were nearly completely out from under the car !!! Super nice car except for that.Made you wonder why were they even on it?
