Another vote for SEM, I always use an adheasion promoter, just a habit but never had any issues. Just make sure you clean the heck out of the panel before you spray it. Years of armor all are a pain when redying, I ussually wash my plastic parts with dawn dish soap/water and rinse with plenty of water and dry. Next I use a water based wax and grease remover to make sure I did'nt miss anything. always had good results.
