used SEM on my carmine red 79 t/a and the light blue dye on the 81 t/a clone. purchased the dye from NPD for 9.95 a can and got the adhesive promoter from advanced auto. follow all the cleaning prep tips previously mentioned and follow the directions for the adhesive promoter. i had a 10 minute window from last coat to first coat on dye.the red plastic parts were done 5 years ago and if experience no peeling or fading.
