I don’t believe in ghosts one bit, but my wife sure does. This is the only story that makes me question my opinion though.
About four months after my son was born, we went to Las Vegas where my parents lived so they could see him for the first time. Upon first sight, my son and my mom made one of those instant connections. The entire four days, the second my mom walked into the room, Jonathan would want her to come pay attention to him or something. Kind of hard to explain. Unfortunately it ended up being the only time they would spend together because a few months later my mom passed away from a sudden heart attack. We left my son with her parents while we rushed out to Vegas that night to be with my dad, etc.
Fast forward about two years and the three of us are going through some photos we found buried in a box and came across a picture of my mom, all by herself in the picture. Instantly my son exclaims “There’s Grandma! Daddy’s mommy!” Betty and I both stared at each other in disbelief. I asked him how he knew that and he just stared at the picture without an answer. I started to ask again and my wife stopped me. She just wanted to leave it alone.
Draw your own conclusions…
