My first house was 35 years old. The family that lived there previously lost their son to drugs and he died in the house. The kid must have had a real temper because every door in the house had dents in it from a fist pounding on the door.
When I cracked open the drywall to replace it in the spare bedroom I found beer cans and other junk in the wall. Paneling was up there which is what I tore down and revealed the holes in the wall. Must have been his bedroom.
Fast forward three years. My daughter was born. That bedroom was empty the entire time we lived there until this point. Things started to get weird when she came home. Like the sound of a ball bearing dropping on the table and rolling every night at the same time which we could hear on her baby monitor. No explanation.
My ex wife would snore and I would find myself sleeping on the sofa from time to time. Every once in a while, a very strong presence in the room would wake me up. Flet like someone was standing there right beside me.
There is more but the real killer here is when we put the house on the market. This was back in 2003. Right away things started going bad. A pipe to the slop sink in the basement blew and flooded the room. Had to rip up the carpet. The roof started to leak. Got that fixed. Garage door opener broke and so on. It was one thing after another. Completely felt like the house was being sabotaged after it was listed.
No explanations and too much of a coincidence. Ghostly experience?? You be the judge.
