I have a programmable t-stat and love it. Since here we fight the heat more than the cold I have it set to (AC) 80 when we're not home during the day and it automatically turns down to 72 an hour before we come home from work. In the "winter" it can drop to 60 degrees in the house when we get up in the morning so I have it set to 68 an hour before we get up to take the chill off. I don't mind the cold but she can't. Women are always cold.
