That appears to be the opposite of what I was thinking: 60 minutes=1 degree.

To put it another way, let's take the Caster measurement +02*42'
I presumed that to read two degrees, forty-two minutes. Is that correct? I made that presumption because 2 degrees would be a very typical caster reading. (except I don't figure minutes readily).
Anyhow,
I wouldn't expect you to have any unusual tire wear with the readings you posted.
FWD cars naturally wear the front tires out much faster than the rear tires. It's just the nature of the beast. I just keep passively inspecting them, and rotate whenever it becomes easy to tell the difference between front & rear wear.
85% of people never rotate their tires and wear the fronts out before the rears have 5/32 gone.
