Nice Dil! Back in the late 60's one of my neighbors was puttin straight axles under all kinds ofcars. Then got into seeing how high he could get his falcon jacked up. Also learned a few lessons on center of gravity in the process. Think he went as high as 5 ft frame to ground and rigged a rope for gettin in out. Funniest car was a 62 Rambler American with a 327 and gasser look. Big INDY car tires stuck out the side of cut out rear wheelwells. Execution rather crude compared to the nice work you are doing.
FWIW Rustoleum ultra high temp ceramic silver has been flawless near 6 years now on the headers in my wifes 69 bird. one stain from something got kicked up from the road and melted on. I just sanded off and touched up. Hope your white holds as well but if not I'll vouch for the silver being ok.
