10-20 hp on a stock motor with swapping in roller rockers? Not going to happen. Ask a Pure Stock racer, they make more power with stamped rocker arms than with the roller tip 1.52's. Has to do with the flatter curve of the stamped arms actually opening the valve more than the tighter radius of the roller tip.
