If the ball joint fastener has the appropriate torque applied, it does not matter.

Once the fastener is at the elastic range, the clamping load is sufficient to hold it securely.

The anti sieze prevents corrosion, and will make the separation easier.

As long as the torque is correct, and the cotter pin is new, no worries....
