There are so many knowledgeable guys on the boards, their knowledge is amazing, but gee whiz, as soon as you guys get going on "performance" is when I get lost. I am just a novice, I need things explained in A B C terminology.
I have a timing light from Kragen, and I think I have a spark plug wrench and a couple of rolls of friction tape in my tool box. That's about it.
I do understand your connecting rod comment. I am now sold on forged rods.
