That's a really good point. As an employee, if you're trying to accomplish something you care that it gets done. But there are different levels of caring...sometimes I get asked to intervene when they can't get return emails or phone calls; what do you think my demeanor is when I have to get on the phone with these people not returning calls to my people? (I'm a real prick)
