That's insane. You couldn't hardly spool a single 85mm on a diesel but if ran a smaller turbo feeding the 85 you could make 1200 ft lbs of torque and in the 700hp range pretty easily.
My roommate runs a 94 Cummins with a 66mm feeding a 93mm and it's laggy as hell but when it lights he's gone. He's ran as fast as 12.6 with absolutely no traction launching on 5psi. I can't imagine dual 75mms.
